Crossing Ideas

BarCampAlsace 1 and 3 and BarCampFrankfurtBarCampAlsace is primarily focused on ITC and Open Source but it is also open to every sectors of human activities. We warmly invite every innovative thinker to contribute to this blog, and to attend to the next BarCampAlsace, be it entrepreneurs, investissors, artists, political actors, philosophes or designers.

Each one will have the possibility to imagine how his activity could become something better if he associated it with ITC and Open Source.

Therefore, Alsace invites the whole world to join the community.

BarCampAlsace will open up to new ways of thinking. It will swarm (like in Nancy) and connect to other european BarCamps. We want Alsace to be a crossing plateform in Europe and abroad where innovators of every country and every field of activity can meet each other, share knowledge and enthousiasm, and imagine together new opportunities.

About Optim-Us

Optim-Us is the initiator of BarCampAlsace. It’s mission is to animate communities of innovators. Besides of organising BarCamps, we will also launch a new concept of BusinessCamp, in order to animate other communities of interest. BusinessCamps will use tools that are similar to BarCamp but more focused on the habits and uses of people who may be less familiar with Web2.0 Tools.

In the end, Optim-Us will bring all these communities to meet each other. BarCampers can attend to BusinessCamps and vice-versa. In fact, we would love that.
